Mosquito Day

The first public engine runs of the John Smith Mosquito, supported by an array of classic cars and warbirds on display.
Date: Sunday 24 April (ANZAC weekend), 2022.
Time: 10am-3pm
Place: Omaka Aviation Heritage Centre, Aerodrome Road, Blenheim.

A fabulous family day is promised at Omaka, featuring the first public engine runs of the John Smith Mosquito, supported by an array of classic cars and warbirds on display. Joy flights will be available, great food and music, plus the aviation museum is included in the entry price. 

Every ticket holder is in the draw to be ‘co-pilot’ while the Mosquito engines are run up. If you miss out, we will be auctioning a further chance.
