Planes, Trains & Automobiles

Because great machines deserve great adventures.

If there’s one thing we’ve learned at Omaka, it’s that people who love classic cars often love classic aircraft too. So when a club rolls into the carpark in a convoy of beautifully cared-for machines, we get almost as excited as you do!

Over the years, we’ve had everything from tiny vintage runabouts to roaring V8s in the car park — and every visit brings its own personality. Whether you’re cruising in for a coffee stop or planning a full club day out, Omaka is a brilliant place to stretch your wheels and your imagination.

✈️Why Car Clubs Have a Blast Here

First, there's the parking. It's big. It's flat and makes arriving in a convoy simple, with plenty of space to line up vehicles for photos and the inevitable flock of admirers.

Inside, our immersive exhibitions — Knights of the Sky (WWI) and Dangerous Skies (WWII) — offer dramatic displays that appeal to anyone with an eye for craftsmanship, detail, and good storytelling. Even the 'not usually into planes' members tend to find something they love.

🚗 A Great Stop on a Scenic Drive

Just minutes from Blenheim town centre and surrounded by vineyards and open roads, Omaka fits easily into rally days or relaxed club runs.

  • Short visit: One exhibition + cafe stop
  • Longer outing: Both exhibitions + photos + good chat over lunch

We're flexible - just let us know what timing works best for your group.

🍽️ Café & Hospitality

Our cafe is a popular spot for clubs to refuel and socialise. We can also help with group pricing and simple arrangements for larger numbers if you book ahead. We also offer evening functions for those extra special occasions.

✨Ready to Roll In?

We love hosting car clubs - big, small, shiny, quirky, vintage, modern, you name it. If you're planning your next outing, we'd be thrilled to see your lineup parked at our place.

Get in touch to book your visit, and we'll help you plan the perfect stop. See you (and your wheels) at Omaka soon!
