Omaka's 20th Birthday Bash!

We're turning 20, and you're invited to celebrate with us!
It's hard to believe that 20 years have passed since the Omaka Aviation Heritage Centre first opened its doors in 2006. To mark this special milestone, we're throwing a birthday bash, complete with fantastic museum admission specials and plenty of entertainment for the whole family.
$20 for 20 Years!
For one day only, we're offering some incredible birthday admission prices, giving everyone the chance to explore both of our world-class aviation exhibitions at a fraction of the usual cost.
- Adults: Just $20 (normally $52)
- Children aged 5–17 years: Just $5 (normally $17)
Your admission includes access to both Knights of the Sky, our spectacular WW1 exhibition, and Dangerous Skies, which brings the stories and aircraft of WW2 to life.
Whether you're a long-time supporter or have never visited before, this is the perfect opportunity to discover, or rediscover, the magic of Omaka.
There's Plenty Happening Outside Too!
The celebrations won't be confined to the museum! We're planning a great day out, with:
- ✈️ Aircraft displays bringing aviation history to life (weather permitting)
- 🚗 Classic cars and plenty of automotive eye candy
- 🍔 Food carts serving up delicious treats throughout the day
Come and Celebrate With Us!
From our beginnings in 2006 to becoming one of Marlborough's must-visit attractions, it's been an incredible 20 years. We couldn't have done it without the support of our visitors, volunteers and community.
So bring the family, invite your friends and join us as we celebrate two decades of aviation history, remarkable aircraft and unforgettable stories.
